Physical Therapy for Ankle

Your ankle is a very complex and strong joint that can bear your weight in very dynamic and demanding situations. Sometimes injuries can occur through overuse or acute incidents. Some common areas of pain are the outside or inside of your ankle. Common pathologies include, but are not limited to:

The Therapy will be directed in re-educating your gait and helping any damaged collagen tissue to be rebuild, with strong and movement oriented restructuring. The ultimate goal will be to help the foot\and or ankle to get strong enough, to avoid any possible re-injury.
