- We offer FREE insurance verification before your first treatment to validate the number of visits allowed, co-pay and any policy limitations
Payment Policy
- We accept cash, personal checks, Visa or MasterCard
- For insurance deductibles or copay, please be prepared to make a payment at your first visit
- We offer a 50% discount for private pay (paid at time of service)
