Dr. Troy Manchester, MD

Dr. Manchester spent most of his youth working with his father and mother on their family ranch in Arizona.  He and his family worked in developing a herd of Black Angus cattle, farming alfalfa crops, training horses, and growing up in the simplicity of country living on acreage. A fortunate beginning.

He completed his undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology, then completed his Doctorate degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. Following a chance opportunity to attend an honors conference in Monterey, California, he was determined to attend a residency in the Bay Area and did so through the University of California in Family Practice, finishing his training as the Chief Resident. An opportunity created by recognizing a path.

Throughout his 22-year medical career, Dr. Manchester has continued this theme of recognizing fortunate opportunities and successfully navigating paths of success.

Dr. Manchester has had the great opportunity of working and partnering with several tremendous teams. Starting as a Medical Director for a network of occupational medicine and urgent care centers, then leadership and consultation roles in large and small organizations, as a Chief Medical Officer, a Regional Medical Director, and in software development as a Chief Medical Informatics Officer for an Occupational Medicine EMR.

Since moving in 2017, he and his family have made Colorado their permanent home and love everything about the beautiful Colorado outdoors, the mountains and wildlife. As avid hikers, campers, foodies and hopheads, Colorado is a wonderful place to live.

Dr. Manchester describes his greatest opportunity as becoming the Regional Medical Director for Peak Form Medical Center. PFMC will build upon years of growing achievement, as we now enter a new level of industry success. Our focus on the power of technology with the introduction of Athena Health as our practice EMR, expanding our focus on modern approaches to injury recovery, enhancing the patient experience and valuing communication will be our foundation.
